The International Law study program aims to provide a range of modules that will form the basis of information and advanced knowledge on International Law matters for the purpose of training students to basic legal professions related to this field by providing solid knowledge, the specific and systematic institutes and concepts of International Law and on the situation and their prospects in the region and world.
The Law Faculty diploma is recognized by the Chamber of Lawyers and Notaries in RNM. Exercise of legal professions requires formal registration in these rooms. Graduation in the Faculty of Law enables students to approach the relevant state bodies, especially in judicial branch as courts and public prosecutors. The Law Faculty has signed cooperation agreements with the Academy for training of judges and public prosecutors in the RNM. Students who will have the ambition to deal with scientific research work, the Law Faculty of SEEU, enables the continuation of the studies-PhD studies. Students in this program also, professionally are trained for all occupations in the field of diplomacy, diplomatic and consular law, international organizations and human rights, institutions of international private law and to work on diplomatic and consular service of the country and international courts and arbitration.

Students will analyze factors that contribute to stability, but also for future changes to the existing security environment. Within this course, will be studied in detail the establishment and development of NATO as the dominant institution of Western security policy. Particular emphasis is placed on the structure, organization and transformation of the role and scope of intervention of this organization. Also will be examined the process of NATO enlargement to Eastern Europe and the reforms made by the RNM in order to obtain invitations for NATO membership.

The term ‘linguistic nationalism’ has at least two forms of this nationalism, which collide with each other: for the leaders of the most powerful countries nationalism means expansion, and for minorities it takes the form of defiance and struggle for the affirmation of identity, despite such pressure. The emphasis during the program will be multiculturalism in education. In the schools curricula consists of contents from different cultures.

The course explore the importance of matrix factorizations as an important tool which offers modality for optimizing the solutions of different numerical algorithms which are of basic interest for problem solving in the area computer sciences. The course introduces optimization theory and approach to find the optimum. The different methods of optimization will be analyzed such as the simplex method, duality problem and sensitivity of the problems of linear programming. The aim is to explore a computer implementation for each of the problems followed by the proposal of the corresponding model for optimization.

This module enables students to transfer their skills and knowledge to research and make more complex task of Master-Thesis. The module is designed to be fully practical and students to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to approach writing the thesis. The module has unique return result-to enable students to write the master thesis with minimal difficulties, and with maximum efficiency. The course aims to improve research techniques and style of writing paper, taking account to stop illegal means, such as plagiarism and infringement of copyright, which are prohibited by the Statute of SEEU.
