SEEU Pro-Rector Prof. Dr. Veland Ramadani Among World’s Top 2% Most Cited Researchers for the Sixth Consecutive Time

South East European University (SEEU) continues to demonstrate its leading role in academia through the achievements of its professors. For the sixth consecutive time, the Pro-Rector for Research, Planning and Entrepreneurship, Prof. Dr. Veland Ramadani, has been ranked among the world’s Top 2% most cited researchers, according to the prestigious evaluation conducted by Stanford University in collaboration with the scientific publishing house Elsevier.

This recognition is a strong testament to SEEU’s contribution to global science and the dedication of its academic staff to raising the standards of scientific research at the international level.

Prof. Dr. Veland Ramadani, Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Business at the Faculty of Business and Economics, is one of the most renowned Albanian scholars in the fields of entrepreneurship, family business, innovation, and sustainability. He has made a significant contribution to the development of scientific literature, with thousands of citations and numerous research papers published in prestigious international journals.

In addition to this achievement, for the first time this year Prof. Dr. Ramadani has also been included in the prestigious “Career-Long List”, which analyzes the work and contributions of scientists from 1788 to 2024, highlighting the most influential figures in world science across the centuries.

“This recognition motivates me to work even harder in scientific research, to further explore topics within my field of study, and to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and science,” emphasized Prof. Dr. Veland Ramadani, expressing his gratitude to colleagues and collaborators who have supported and continue to value his work.
