Pro-rector Reka participated on Aspen Institute Conference on Western Balkans

The SEEU Pro-rector for International Relations Prof. Dr. Blerim Reka participated in Aspen Institute Conference for cooperation in the Western Balkans, (Budva 14-17 September 2015). In the conference which was represented from high diplomatic and academic institutions from EU, USA and Balkans countries, Prof. Reka presented his paper: “The Energy Security challenges of the Western Balkans: TAP vs. Turkish Stream.
