The Dean commented, "At first, the cooperation is expected to be specified in terms of lectures and it is expected that Japanese professors will teach at SEEU. We had discussions about expanding the cooperation in future and to include cooperation at Rector’s level plus other areas such are common research projects” .
This kind of cooperation is important since it facilitates the exchange of experiences between SEEU and other famous world universities and students will also benefit from access to other systems and educational methodologies, especially from a country and economy such as Japan.South East European University in Tetovo started cooperation with Tokyo University, Department of computer sciences

The Faculty of Contemporary Science and Technology at SEEU and the Tokyo University of Technology, Faculty of Engineering, department of Computer Sciences, are expected to start concrete cooperation in all areas, said the Dean of the Faculty of Contemporary Scence and Technology. Assistant Professor, Bekim Fetaji, has already being engaged as a Guest Lecturer at this Japanese University.
