Round table on digitalization of crisis management system was held at SEEU Skopje

On Tuesday (2nd July 2019), a round table on Digitalization of Crisis Management System was held at the South East European University in Skopje, within the framework of NATO SPS NICS Project, organized by the Crisis Management Centre. During this activity professors and field experts presented their work on crisis management, providing their views on the system and concrete cases of crisis management.

By elaborating the experiences and digital potential of the University in general and the Faculty of Contemporary Science and Technologies in particular, the Rector of SEEU, Acad. Prof. Dr. Abdylmenaf Bexheti thanked the organizers for organizing this scientific forum at SEEU premises, by offering all institutional potentials, starting from the human resources expertise, technical capacities (laboratories), to the spatial ones, in order to advance and implement digital system solutions in the crisis management system. With the offer 'Science for Security', Rector Bexheti offered further cooperation in consortium format with other institutions in the Republic of North Macedonia.

Keynote speeches were delivered by the Minister of Information Society and Administration, Damjan Mancevski and Director of the Centre for Crisis Management, Agron Buxhaku. Dean of the Faculty of Contemporary Science and Technologies -- Prof. Dr. Adrian Besimi and Dean of the Faculty of Contemporary Social Sciences--Prof. Dr. Memet Memeti were chairing special sessions of this forum.
