The main purpose of the memorandum is to create employment opportunities by Normak Investment Group for current SEEU students and graduates, through the exchange of information on labor supply and demand.
"Southeast European University sees as priority cooperation with the business sector not only in creating new jobs, but also in developing study programs that will prepare staff with knowledge and skills according to the requirements of the labor market. In the last decade the labor market has an asymmetric situation, where on the one hand there is high unemployment and on the other hand there is a lack of certain profiles required by the labor market. Through the cooperation with the Free Industrial Zone of Tetovo, it is expected to create direct communications and real employment of students and graduates from our University", declared Rector Bexheti
"Over 1,000 jobs are planned for the next period within the Zone and for this purpose we want to help students who have the potential to be employed in any of the current and future investments in this area. Good cooperation between the business sector and educational institutions is an orientation that can greatly contribute to reducing unemployment, creating an appropriate framework in line with the needs of companies" declared Zarkov.
This memorandum envisages the organization of staff training for current and potential employees, as well as the realization of internship work of SEEU students according to the needs and interests of companies in the Free Industrial Zone of Tetova.
Normak Investment Group AD Tetovo manages the work of the Industrial Development and Industrial Zone in Tetovo, according to an agreement on Public Private Partnership, signed with the Government of the Republic of Northern Macedonia, in 2013.
