Telegram of condolence on the death of Prof. Vesel Latifi by Dean's Office of the Faculty of Law

“With deep sorrow we learned the news of the death of the honored professor and our respected colleague Vesel Latifi. With his death, the Faculty of Law and the entire Albanian academic world lost one of the most prominent scientists in the field criminology and criminal justice”.

Professor Vesel Latifi is considered one of the founders of the course of criminology in Kosovo.
