Shpëtim Latifi attended the annual conference of the Fulbright Academy

From 16 to 19 March 2011 the Annual Conference of the Fulbright Academy of Science and Technology was held in Heidelberg, Germany. SEEU’s representative was Shpëtim Latifi from the Faculty of Contemporary Sciences and Technologies with the thesis entitled "Mobile IP Considerations.”  Representatives from 25 countries attended this conference.
