The Rector of the South East European University , Prof. Dr Zamir Dika sent a telegram of condolences to the family of the late Mr. Arben Xhaferi.

"Dear family members, with deep regret and sadness I received the sad news for the erudite Mr. Xhaferi, with whom we were friends for many years. Arben left this world, but he will always remain alive in our memories as a man who was fully commited to the national cause. Xhaferi, with his whole being, was in the forefront of implementing the initiative for establishing the South East European University, therefore, on my behalf and on behalf of all staff and students of this University I would like to express my sincere condolences. "
