The structure of the three-year program includes studies that are dynamic, integrative and interactive in nature. The program is designed to offer an integrative approach to topics of business and economics, implementing this concept through the curriculum. Items that are included in this program are perspectives that are based on theoretical underpinnings that are closely related to practical application in the world of economics and business. The main objectives are:

- To prepare students for building a career in business administration and in the private and NGO sector.
- To facilitate the acquisition of research skills and experience of management, marketing and finance in public, private, and nonprofit organizations.

The program offers undergraduate students a sound understanding and knowledge of business and economics, while guiding them in certain areas, which are specialized in the last year of studies. During the three-year study program, students are given opportunities for practical work (internship), which will enable them to apply their acquired knowledge and skills in business and economics.
The curriculum is a balanced combination of basic knowledge and specific professional skills. The first year is important for students because it spans a range of interdisciplinary subjects. This will be of considerable benefit to their professional education.
Finance and Accounting
Finance focuses on all aspects of money management, such as investment, collection, disbursement, borrowing, and fund-raising. These individuals prepare financial reports needed to conduct operations and to satisfy tax and regulatory requirements. Finance graduates also oversee the flow of cash and investments and develop information to assess the present and future financial status of an organization. There are many different jobs available to graduates with a finance degree. Nearly every type of business needs someone with specialized financial knowledge. Degree holders can choose to work for a specific company, such as a corporation or bank, or choose to open their own business, such as a consulting firm or financial planning agency. Management and Marketing
Management studies looks at the theory and practice of management, taking in areas such as business and economics, human resources, operations and information systems, as well as touching on topics such as ethics and management in a national and international context. The degree is usually studied alongside other subjects to give students an insight into management techniques and theories in different industries or professions, such as international business, marketing, travel and hospitality, languages, science, engineering and technology. Management studies graduates work in a range of professions including marketing, sales, finance and retail.
Marketing graduates have diverse career opportunities within a variety of sectors including government, education, business and the community. Degree in marketing is a very valuable degree because marketing is a part of every type of business and organization. Marketing students have many options in public relations or advertising; they can become brand manager, perform market research, or even go into international marketing if inclined. These students become shoe-in for sales positions, and the skills grow, salary will grow exponentially.
Economics
Economics graduates have excellent career opportunities open to them across a range of employment sectors. Some will choose to pursue a career as an economist, but many will enter other graduate roles in private and public sector organisations. Economics majors are successful in a wide variety of careers. Although various roles in businesses are most common, economics majors are successful in law, medicine, government, non-profits, and international relations, as well as in academic roles.

Albanian Language for Professional Purposes
After finishing the course Albanian Language for Professional Purposes the students will be able practically use the knowledge which will serve them throughout their employment as well as in their future carrier. Students will be expected to know the differences in spoken and written language, the characteristics of professional communication (report, CV, email), the specifics of professional writing, the most common grammatical forms, to recognize the differences amongst the scientific, administrative and the socio political styles of writing. The students should be able to know the rules of how to organize interviews and debates, to know how to properly write cover letters and to interpret particular texts in a written and spoken form.

Academic Writing in English
In this course students’ academic writing skills will be enhanced in a variety of ways. Students will be enabled to communicate their ideas in a clear, fluent and effective way in order to produce a piece of writing. Students’ academic writing skills will be developed through activities that promote writing like: writing different types of paragraphs and essays. Also, students will be introduced to paraphrasing and citing rules as well as will be made aware of what plagiarism is. Giving feedback on students’ pieces of writing will involve self-correction, peer-correction and teacher-correction of content, organization and language errors.

After finishing the Academic Writing in the Macedonian course the students are expected to gain appropriate knowledge and advanced communication in Macedonian language with particular emphasis on writing skills. In addition, it is expected that students will become more autonomous and responsible learners. Moreover, students will be able to improve their writing skills in more levels and thereby they will become more confident and more competent when writing in Macedonian. They will be able to reflect critically on different topics, to make conclusions and they will develop skills for excellent written and oral communication in Macedonian.

By the end of each level the students are expected to write an essay and a research paper based on the rules learned during the semester. Specifically, from them it is expected to know the function, the structure and the different types of paragraphs, ways of choosing research topics, collecting the material, the rules for source documentation and the final model.

After completing each level students will be able to gain appropriate knowledge according to the European Language Framework (specifically and concretely determined by level). In addition, students are expected to become more autonomous and more responsible language learners. By the end of the course, students will be able to think critically and make conclusions about different topics based on the texts that they have read, as well as to express their thoughts and opinions in written and spoken German.

Upon completion of this course the students will gain knowledge about the communication process, the ethical responsibilities of public speaking and the different types of informative and persuasive speeches. In addition, the students will acquire skills necessary for preparing and delivering different types of speeches, audience analysis, researching speech topics, preparing speeches etc. After completing the Public Speaking course, the students will be able to think critically through constructive self-criticism and criticism towards the speeches of the others.

Intercultural Studies
Having completed this course the students will able to identify global questions and problems from the perspectives of different cultures, the communication dynamics in the other cultures, the similarities and the differences between their values and those of other cultures, as well as the similarities and differences between their communication practices and those from other cultures. In addition, students are expected to become more aware of the stereotypes that society has for different cultures and as a result will better understand their place in the global community. The students will start thinking critically about topics related to their ethnicity, gender identity, class, religion, national origin, age and other demographic characteristics and their impact on the communication process. After finishing Intercultural Studies, the students will also gain communication skills for working in groups through participation in research projects and will acquire the necessary skills to present their research projects.

Developing even a simple web page according to current standards requires knowledge of Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Most of the websites also use images, whether in the form of banners, buttons, logos, photos or scans. Adobe Fireworks is built as a tool to create and manipulate images from the web and to allow the makers to optimize these images in order to reduce the file size. Firework also provides an excellent integration with Dreamweaver. This series provides a comprehensive introduction to XHTML, CSS and creating web graphics.

It is intended to provide students with the appropriate job skills needed in the modern workplace. Specific tasks that will be covered will be composing an effective c.v., writing a letter of inquiry/interest, interviewing skills, and formal communication within the office (memos, formal emails to superiors or customers, reports, etc.). Additional elements that will be covered will be how to conduct a self-evaluation, how to manage inter-office conflict, and how to seek promotions actively. Although the primary focus of this course will be on white collar employment, the skills obtained through the instruction are applicable to the job search process generally.

Basic Skills English Level 1 is a one-semester course meeting 6 class hours per week. The full length of the course is 14 weeks. By the end of this course students are expected to be at level of A2 CEF (Common European Framework) and should be able to understand and use familiar expressions and very basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of needs of a concrete type; introduce themselves and others and ask and answer questions about personal details, describe their daily routines; talk about their family; describe a person/place/room; give directions and interact in a simple way provided the other person talks slowly and clearly and is prepared to help. Students will be able to read and comprehend short, simple texts and respond to them. In terms of writing, students will be able to correctly form a paragraph on topics related to the course material.

By the end of this course students are expected to be at level of B1 CEF (Common European Framework) and are expected to be able to talk about past experiences, discuss the weather, go shopping in English, discuss future arrangements, use comparatives and superlatives to describe people or things and write a descriptive paragraph.

Basic Skills English Level 3 is a one-semester course meeting 4 class hours each week. The full length of the course is 14 weeks. By the end of this course students should be at level of B2 CEF (Common European Framework). Students will understand and manage simple routine exchanges without undue effort, make themselves understood and exchange ideas and information on familiar topics in predictable everyday situations (provided the other person helps if necessary). Students will be able to deal with everyday situations with predictable content (though they will generally have to compromise the message and search for words). Upon completion of this level, students should be significantly more able to sustain monologues. Students will read and comprehend simple texts and respond critically to them. In terms of writing, students will be able to write logically organized and connected narratives.

They should also be able to understand texts that consist mainly of high frequency everyday language. Students should also be able to initiate and maintain conversation on topics which are familiar or of personal interest. The focus of the course is on two skills often neglected in general English programs: reading and writing. Albanian language for beginners 1
Albanian language for beginners 1 is an obligatory three- credit course. It is designed for students who do not possess basic knowledge of the Albanian language in order to familiarize them with the features of this language, to acquire knowledge about the linguistic structure of the Albanian language, to acquire a moderate number of lexical sets which will aid them in basic communication. Taking into consideration that it is a beginners’ course, it is aimed to be flexible and adaptable to the students’ opportunities and interests. Through this course, students will acquire the necessary knowledge about the grammar of the Albanian language, students’ vocabulary will be systematically expanded, starting from concepts related with objects, colors, numbers, etc. through activities that will aid the development of students’ linguistic competences.

Albanian language for beginners 2 is an obligatory three- credit course. It is designed for students who possess basic knowledge of the Albanian language in order to expand and apply the knowledge acquired in the previous semester in everyday situations, which will also help them acquire knowledge about the linguistic structure of the Albanian language, to acquire a moderate number of lexical and grammatical categories which will aid them in simple conversation. Even though it is a second- level beginners’ course, it is designed to be flexible and adaptable to students’ opportunities and interests.

After completing level 3, students are expected to be able to communicate well in Albanian, to apply their knowledge about word order and grammar rules needed for conversation, as well as to write simple paragraphs when describing places they have visited, films they have seen, novels they have read, etc. They should also be able to write short biographies, differentiate between formal an informal email messages and to express themselves in an oral or written form when discussing different topics. These courses can serve as bases for further improvement of the language through self study.

Macedonian Language 1
Macedonian Language 1 is designed to meet the needs of the students with Albanian as a language of instruction, and is primarily geared towards practical studying of the Macedonian language. The classes are held twice a week and the course itself has 3 (three) credits. The syllabus consists of the basics of Macedonian orthography. At the beginning, the classification of languages and the place of the Macedonian language and the other Balkan languages within the frames of the Indo-European family of languages are reviewed. A special attention is given to the Balkan linguistic community and the structural similarities among the Balkan languages, and above all, between Macedonian and Albanian. Then, students study the orthography of the Macedonian language through which students largely increase their ability to use written and spoken Macedonian correctly. Macedonian language I classes are interactive by engaging the students to participate in lessons. This is, above all, due to the fact that more attention is paid to the practical use of Macedonian orthography, which motivates the students to revise and demonstrate their knowledge in class.

Macedonian Language 2 curriculum is designed to meet the needs of the students with Albanian as a language of instruction, and is primarily geared towards practical studying of the Macedonian language. The classes are held twice a week and the course itself has 3 (three) credits. The syllabus consists of the basics of Macedonian grammar. At the beginning of the semester, it deals with the morphology of the Macedonian language with a special emphasis on the categories of nouns, adjectives and verbs. A special attention is given to the complex verb forms that correspond to their forms in Albanian through which students largely increase their ability to use written and spoken Macedonian correctly. Macedonian language 2 classes are interactive by engaging the students to participate in the lessons. This is, above all, due to the fact that more attention is paid to the practical use of Macedonian grammar, which motivates the students to revise and demonstrate their knowledge in class.

The course Macedonian language 3 is aimed to expand students’ knowledge in Macedonian so that they can express themselves in writing and orally at a more advanced level. At the same time students are expected to become more autonomous in their learning and to take responsibility for it. After completion of this course, students will be able to read, write and comprehend different types of texts in Macedonian. They will also acquire skills for successful written and oral translation from Macedonian into Albanian. Upon completion of this course, students will be enabled to think critically and express their opinion in Macedonian as well as to communicate successfully in a multilingual and multicultural setting. Macedonian language 3 deals with all four language skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) with a special focus on written and oral translations of different types of texts from the field of language, culture, tradition and multicultural values, necessary for everyday life, academic and professional settings.

They will also be able to think critically, debate and discuss on different topics from every day and professional life.

The curriculum for Macedonian Language for beginners 1 is designed to meet the needs of the students with Albanian as a language of instruction who do not know Macedonian and is primarily geared towards practical studying of the Macedonian language. The classes are held twice a week and the course itself has 3 (three) credits.
The syllabus deals with the initial studying of the Macedonian language. At the beginning of the semester, attention is given to mastering the alphabet, correct reading, pronunciation and writing in Macedonian. A special attention is given to the basic communication in Macedonian, i.e. introducing, greeting, and, finally, concepts related to time and space. The classes for Macedonian language for beginners 1 are interactive by engaging the students to participate in lessons. This is, above all, due to the fact that more attention is paid to the practical use of Macedonian orthography, which motivates the students to revise and demonstrate their knowledge in class.

The curriculum for Macedonian Language for beginners 2 is designed to meet the needs of the students with Albanian as a language of instruction who do not know Macedonian and is primarily geared towards practical studying of the Macedonian language. The classes are held twice a week and the course itself has 3 (three) credits.
The content of the syllabus builds up on the knowledge previously gained in the first semester. At the beginning of the semester, attention is given to the use of the adjectives in everyday life, and through it, the use of the more complex sentences in Macedonian is studied. Throughout the semester, students expand the acquired knowledge through dialogues, which helps students to largely increase their ability to use written and spoken Macedonian correctly. Classes in Macedonian language for beginners 2 are interactive and with continuous build- up of the acquired skills.

After completion of the course Macedonian Language for beginners 3, students are expected to acquire knowledge and skills that will enable them to communicate in Macedonian. Besides that, students are expected to become more autonomous in learning the language. They will be able to read simple texts in Macedonian and write paragraphs. At the same time, they will be enabled to communicate in Macedonian both in a written form and orally. The course is focused on all four language skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking. However, more attention is paid to developing students’ communication skills necessary for everyday real life situations.

Macedonian Language for beginners 4 is a continuation of the previous course, Macedonian Language for beginners 3, and is focused on further development of students’ language skills in Macedonian. After completion of this course, students will be able to read longer texts in Macedonian and to write texts on different topics. Their communication skills in Macedonian, both written and oral, are also expected to become more developed, especially those needed for communication in every day, real life situations.

Academic writing in Macedonian
The curriculum of Academic writing in Macedonian is designed to meet the needs of the students with Macedonian as a language of instruction, and is primarily geared towards enhancing the writing skills in Macedonian. The classes are held twice a week and the course itself has 3 (three) credits. The syllabus focuses on the written expression processes through planning, preparing, writing, revising, reviewing, and the final product- paragraph writing. The first classes cover the academic writing terminology: paragraph, essay, portfolio, seminar paper as well as written and spoken interference which will help students become more efficient in terms of correct use of written Macedonian language. Then, students are trained to write paragraphs and paragraph structure in Macedonian. On the final classes, students are working on the process of paragraph writing on a given topic by applying the acquired knowledge of the orthographical rules.

Basic understandings on economic phenomenon and the Global Universal microeconomic terminology are achieved through this course. Theoretical approaches that allow coming to their own idea of the possible application solutions to the problems of production, exchange and organization of individual enterprise, a separate branch or a separate market are followed and analyzed. Development components provide dynamic dimension without which simplified approaches would be unusable. Foundations of macroeconomics is taught through the world as part of the universal effort to instantly identify and define similar problems and come up they might be resolved in a similar way everywhere, but to get to the information that can aggregate level to help in formulating macroeconomic objectives and strategic planning elements. After finishing the course Albanian Language for Professional Purposes the students will be able practically use the knowledge which will serve them throughout their employment as well as in their future carrier. Students will be expected to know the differences in spoken and written language, the characteristics of professional communication (report, CV, email), the specifics of professional writing, the most common grammatical forms, to recognize the differences amongst the scientific, administrative and the socio political styles of writing. The students should be able to know the rules of how to organize interviews and debates, to know how to properly write cover letters and to interpret particular texts in a written and spoken form.

In this course students’ academic writing skills will be enhanced in a variety of ways. Students will be enabled to communicate their ideas in a clear, fluent and effective way in order to produce a piece of writing. Students’ academic writing skills will be developed through activities that promote writing like: writing different types of paragraphs and essays. Also, students will be introduced to paraphrasing and citing rules as well as will be made aware of what plagiarism is. Giving feedback on students’ pieces of writing will involve self-correction, peer-correction and teacher-correction of content, organization and language errors.

After finishing the Academic Writing in the Macedonian course the students are expected to gain appropriate knowledge and advanced communication in Macedonian language with particular emphasis on writing skills. In addition, it is expected that students will become more autonomous and responsible learners. Moreover, students will be able to improve their writing skills in more levels and thereby they will become more confident and more competent when writing in Macedonian. They will be able to reflect critically on different topics, to make conclusions and they will develop skills for excellent written and oral communication in Macedonian.

By the end of each level the students are expected to write an essay and a research paper based on the rules learned during the semester. Having completed this course the students will able to identify global questions and problems from the perspectives of different cultures, the communication dynamics in the other cultures, the similarities and the differences between their values and those of other cultures, as well as the similarities and differences between their communication practices and those from other cultures. In addition, students are expected to become more aware of the stereotypes that society has for different cultures and as a result will better understand their place in the global community. The students will start thinking critically about topics related to their ethnicity, gender identity, class, religion, national origin, age and other demographic characteristics and their impact on the communication process. After finishing Intercultural Studies, the students will also gain communication skills for working in groups through participation in research projects and will acquire the necessary skills to present their research projects.

Developing even a simple web page according to current standards requires knowledge of Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Specific tasks that will be covered will be composing an effective c.v., writing a letter of inquiry/interest, interviewing skills, and formal communication within the office (memos, formal emails to superiors or customers, reports, etc.). Additional elements that will be covered will be how to conduct a self-evaluation, how to manage inter-office conflict, and how to seek promotions actively. Although the primary focus of this course will be on white collar employment, the skills obtained through the instruction are applicable to the job search process generally.

Basic Skills English Level 1 is a one-semester course meeting 6 class hours per week. The full length of the course is 14 weeks. By the end of this course students are expected to be at level of A2 CEF (Common European Framework) and should be able to understand and use familiar expressions and very basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of needs of a concrete type; introduce themselves and others and ask and answer questions about personal details, describe their daily routines; talk about their family; describe a person/place/room; give directions and interact in a simple way provided the other person talks slowly and clearly and is prepared to help. Students will be able to read and comprehend short, simple texts and respond to them. In terms of writing, students will be able to correctly form a paragraph on topics related to the course material.

By the end of this course students should be at level of B2 CEF (Common European Framework). Students will understand and manage simple routine exchanges without undue effort, make themselves understood and exchange ideas and information on familiar topics in predictable everyday situations (provided the other person helps if necessary). Students will be able to deal with everyday situations with predictable content (though they will generally have to compromise the message and search for words). Upon completion of this level, students should be significantly more able to sustain monologues. Students will read and comprehend simple texts and respond critically to them. In terms of writing, students will be able to write logically organized and connected narratives.

They should also be able to understand texts that consist mainly of high frequency everyday language. Students should be able to understand texts which describe events, articles and reports concerned with temporary problems in which the writers adopt particular attitudes or viewpoints. Students should also be able to initiate and maintain conversation on topics which are familiar or of personal interest. The focus of the course is on two skills often neglected in general English programs: reading and writing. Albanian language for beginners 1 is an obligatory three- credit course. It is designed for students who do not possess basic knowledge of the Albanian language in order to familiarize them with the features of this language, to acquire knowledge about the linguistic structure of the Albanian language, to acquire a moderate number of lexical sets which will aid them in basic communication. Taking into consideration that it is a beginners’ course, it is aimed to be flexible and adaptable to the students’ opportunities and interests. Through this course, students will acquire the necessary knowledge about the grammar of the Albanian language, students’ vocabulary will be systematically expanded, starting from concepts related with objects, colors, numbers, etc. through activities that will aid the development of students’ linguistic competences.

Albanian language for beginners 2 is an obligatory three- credit course. It is designed for students who possess basic knowledge of the Albanian language in order to expand and apply the knowledge acquired in the previous semester in everyday situations, which will also help them acquire knowledge about the linguistic structure of the Albanian language, to acquire a moderate number of lexical and grammatical categories which will aid them in simple conversation. Even though it is a second- level beginners’ course, it is designed to be flexible and adaptable to students’ opportunities and interests.

After completing level 3, students are expected to be able to communicate well in Albanian, to apply their knowledge about word order and grammar rules needed for conversation, as well as to write simple paragraphs when describing places they have visited, films they have seen, novels they have read, etc. They should also be able to write short biographies, differentiate between formal an informal email messages and to express themselves in an oral or written form when discussing different topics. These courses can serve as bases for further improvement of the language through self study.

Macedonian Language 1 is designed to meet the needs of the students with Albanian as a language of instruction, and is primarily geared towards practical studying of the Macedonian language. The classes are held twice a week and the course itself has 3 (three) credits. The syllabus consists of the basics of Macedonian orthography. At the beginning, the classification of languages and the place of the Macedonian language and the other Balkan languages within the frames of the Indo-European family of languages are reviewed. A special attention is given to the Balkan linguistic community and the structural similarities among the Balkan languages, and above all, between Macedonian and Albanian. Then, students study the orthography of the Macedonian language through which students largely increase their ability to use written and spoken Macedonian correctly. Macedonian language I classes are interactive by engaging the students to participate in lessons. This is, above all, due to the fact that more attention is paid to the practical use of Macedonian orthography, which motivates the students to revise and demonstrate their knowledge in class.

A special attention is given to the complex verb forms that correspond to their forms in Albanian through which students largely increase their ability to use written and spoken Macedonian correctly. Macedonian language 2 classes are interactive by engaging the students to participate in the lessons. This is, above all, due to the fact that more attention is paid to the practical use of Macedonian grammar, which motivates the students to revise and demonstrate their knowledge in class.

The course Macedonian language 3 is aimed to expand students’ knowledge in Macedonian so that they can express themselves in writing and orally at a more advanced level. At the same time students are expected to become more autonomous in their learning and to take responsibility for it. After completion of this course, students will be able to read, write and comprehend different types of texts in Macedonian. They will also acquire skills for successful written and oral translation from Macedonian into Albanian. Upon completion of this course, students will be enabled to think critically and express their opinion in Macedonian as well as to communicate successfully in a multilingual and multicultural setting. Macedonian language 3 deals with all four language skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) with a special focus on written and oral translations of different types of texts from the field of language, culture, tradition and multicultural values, necessary for everyday life, academic and professional settings.

The content of the syllabus builds up on the knowledge previously gained in the first semester. At the beginning of the semester, attention is given to the use of the adjectives in everyday life, and through it, the use of the more complex sentences in Macedonian is studied. Throughout the semester, students expand the acquired knowledge through dialogues, which helps students to largely increase their ability to use written and spoken Macedonian correctly. Classes in Macedonian language for beginners 2 are interactive and with continuous build- up of the acquired skills.

After completion of the course Macedonian Language for beginners 3, students are expected to acquire knowledge and skills that will enable them to communicate in Macedonian. At the same time, they will be enabled to communicate in Macedonian both in a written form and orally. The course is focused on all four language skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking. However, more attention is paid to developing students’ communication skills necessary for everyday real life situations.

Their communication skills in Macedonian, both written and oral, are also expected to become more developed, especially those needed for communication in every day, real life situations.

The curriculum of Academic writing in Macedonian is designed to meet the needs of the students with Macedonian as a language of instruction, and is primarily geared towards enhancing the writing skills in Macedonian. The classes are held twice a week and the course itself has 3 (three) credits. The syllabus focuses on the written expression processes through planning, preparing, writing, revising, reviewing, and the final product- paragraph writing. The first classes cover the academic writing terminology: paragraph, essay, portfolio, seminar paper as well as written and spoken interference which will help students become more efficient in terms of correct use of written Macedonian language. Then, students are trained to write paragraphs and paragraph structure in Macedonian. On the final classes, students are working on the process of paragraph writing on a given topic by applying the acquired knowledge of the orthographical rules.

The course in auditing is aimed to provide students with basic knowledge about the conceptual, theoretical and practical aspects of auditing in a contemporary turbulent surrounding. The creation of the programme is inspired by the wish of the students who have decided to study at the branch of Accounting and Auditing and by continuously studying the accounting disciplines to provide them with possibility to encircle the acquired knowledge in accounting and auditing, to discover the auditing secrets more thoroughly and become successful auditors in practice. The basic course objective is to identify the key problems which, at the beginning of the new millennium, the auditing world is facing, both globally and locally. The material covered within the course frames exposes the fundamentals of the auditing profession and the setting in which it constantly and continuously exists, with a narrow focus on implementing the professional regulations, the ethical norms of the professional operating and the relevant legal regulation. In order to master the material more easily students are offered a complex approach that is gradual monitoring of the auditing process from the initial phase of arranging the engagement, through planning the activities and executing the auditing procedures, to the final phase- presenting the report on the completed audit. Public Finance
Purposes of the course (competencies):
* Students will acquire knowledge of public finance as a major means of macroeconomic policies as a fundamental instrument for the functioning of a national economy as a whole and as a subsystem of an economic system of the country
* Students will acquire knowledge of public goods and externalities costs, allocation of public revenue allocation and reallocation of revenue, comparative aspects of public finance in developed countries and those in transition, the specifics of the fiscal systems of Macedonia, trends and challenges them, fiscal decentralization etc..

The purpose of this course for the evaluation and application of key elements of strategic analysis, choosing the right strategy within a flexible plan, and to stimulate thinking about the problems associated with implementation of formulated strategy. The aim of the course is for students to learn to think critically about issues and problems associated with the choice of strategy in turbulent and dynamic environment and to understand that there is no single right way to develop strategy. After the class, students should be able:
