This research aims to study the circumstances, economic cycles and economic potential of the Republic of Macedonia, always taking into consideration the comparative aspects with other countries in the region and broader, with a methodological approach from the general to the specific with optimization of the decision making model in fiscal policies, referring to the level of economic potential in the RM.
