Another international publication by Prof. Dr. Abdylmenaf Bexheti in the Review of the University of Bamberg–Germany

“Anti-Crisis Measures in Republic of Macedonia and Their Effects - Are They Sufficient?” is the latest scientific publication of SEEU’s Pro-Rector for Financial Issues and Physical Development, Prof. Dr. Abdylmenaf Bexheti, published in the international review of the University of Bamberg –Germany (BERG Working Paper Series on Government and Growth of the University Bamberg-Germany, Working Paper No.70, March 2010).

This research aims to study the circumstances, economic cycles and economic potential of the Republic of Macedonia, always taking into consideration the comparative aspects with other countries in the region and broader, with a methodological approach from the general to the specific with optimization of the decision making model in fiscal policies, referring to the level of economic potential in the RM.

The publication of Prof. Bexheti is of particular importance for the impact that the research has on government decision-making on the eve of the anti-crises measures – fourth in a row. Referring to the achieved effects, respectively the failure of previous ant-crises measures, through an empirical and theoretical-scientific analysis, it is suggested to the decision-making institutions in their future economical policies, to base their decisions on scientific research and analyses and not on irrational and spontaneous expectations. In fact, this is the basic role and function of scientific research in these fields for which SEEU has its concrete impact on society.
